Buds and Blooms

I took pictures of these in our Bed and Breakfast in Sandakan. All of them are tended by my brother-in-law. He's a green-thumbs kinda guy.

I thought these turned out okay. :D

did you use macro mode for these?

1st shot, very nice, if me, i think i crop most of the part so the focus would be on the flower. adjust the contrast a bit hee :P

2nd and 4th shot is a bit out of focus since the outcome is a bit blurry. hehehe

3rd shot is interesting. some part blur and some part very sharp. *curious. is that part of a tree or something?
